Tips for proper use of the computer


All studies confirmed that sitting in front of a computer screen for long periods of time is a serious hazard to the health of our bodies, and because most of our homes where we stay in front of computers for long hours, today we review with you
The correct way and to use the computer:
Ensure adequate lighting.
Put a cup of water by your side to ensure climate moisture around you with heat from the computer.
The screen should be at your level or below and do not raise your head up
The ideal distance between the screen and the eye ranging from at least 50-70 cm.
Clear the screen of dust accumulation, hampers vision clearly.
Reduce eye focus by adjusting the screen brightness to the highest degree.
Look away from the screen every 20-30 minutes on anything from your level or closing their eyes from time to time.
The keyboard should be slightly higher than the level of your carpal end of the RADIUS.
Move your mouse to the arm, not the wrist.
No clicking or pressing with fingers on the keyboard as you type so you don't strain your fingers.
May cause sitting in front of a computer for long periods to electromagnetic field emission and eyestrain and exposure to many of the problems.
