Study: smoking deprive you of sleep |
A recent German study found that smokers are getting fewer hours sleep, than non-smokers. "The

get hours less than six hours sleep each night, compared to 7% of
non-smokers, and 28% of smokers suffer from intermittent sleep versus
19% of non-smokers in the study participants. The
researchers took into account other factors affecting sleep such as
age, weight, alcohol, smoking has been linked to poor sleep.
