Study: smoking deprive you of sleep
 
 
A recent German study found that smokers are getting fewer hours sleep, than non-smokers. "The study author Stefan kohrz of the Faculty of medicine Berlin, Germany the study recently published in the journal" Biology "Addiction" among the nearly 1,100 smokers participating in this research

17% get hours less than six hours sleep each night, compared to 7% of non-smokers, and 28% of smokers suffer from intermittent sleep versus 19% of non-smokers in the study participants. The researchers took into account other factors affecting sleep such as age, weight, alcohol, smoking has been linked to poor sleep.
