North Korea's nuclear test

North Korea has threatened its southern neighbor with destruction on Tuesday, during the discussions in the United Nations Conference on Disarmament, and warned that it could play "a second and third step" after it conducted a nuclear test last week.

Without referring specifically to the nuclear test, said John North Korea finally taken "a decisive step for self-defense" and described as "acts of strong countermeasures in response to a foreign aggressor."
"If the United States has taken a hostile approach to the finish towards the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, which held the position will not find (North Korea) no choice but to take a second step and the third strongest."
His comments drew immediate criticism from countries including South Korea and Britain, which said its ambassador Joan Adamson this dialect "is appropriate at all," and that discussions with North Korea is going in the wrong direction.
"I can not allow expressions refer to the potential destruction of member states at the United Nations."
Said U.S. Ambassador Laura Kennedy It is North Korea's remarks very disturbing.
She added, "particularly shocked by the words (threatens to destroy the Republic of Korea) and I find that this language is totally incompatible with the objectives and purposes for which this entity aims to move it."
