Easy Exercises for the eye .. for those who sit a long time in front of the computer


 
Exercises are suggested by an eye doctor ..
 It is apt for all of us, who spend long hours at desks, looking at the computer screen. Has dubbed 20-20-20. The first step: - After every twenty minutes of looking into the computer screen, turn your head and look focused on anything away from you twenty feet (6 meters). Step III: - Time permitting you have twenty Walk step, after every twenty minutes of sitting in one position. Helps to stimulate blood circulation to the entire body.
